  • Booking & communication data: name, email, phone, session details, messages.

  • Transaction data: services purchased, invoice amounts, payment status (we do not store full card numbers).

  • Gallery data (Pixieset): images we upload, your favorites/selections, download history, and (if you shop) order details handled by Pixieset’s store.

  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, and cookies/analytics events from our site and gallery.

2) How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule sessions, communicate, deliver proofs/finals, and provide support.

  • To process payments (Stripe) and fulfill print/product orders (via Pixieset’s lab partners).

  • To send essential service emails (confirmations, reminders, gallery access) and limited marketing you can opt out of anytime.

  • To maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve our website and workflows.

3) Legal Bases (where applicable)

  • Contract: to perform the services you request.

  • Legitimate interests: to operate our business, secure systems, prevent misuse.

  • Consent: for optional marketing and any portfolio use of images (opt-in only).

4) Sharing & Third Parties

  • Pixieset – gallery hosting, favorites, downloads, optional storefront fulfillment.

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) – to collect retainers, balances, and gallery purchases.

  • Email/scheduling tools – confirmations, reminders, calendar invites.

  • Hosting/analytics/security vendors – to operate and protect our site.

5) Photos, Galleries & Privacy

  • Private by default. We do not publish client photos without your explicit written permission.

  • Galleries: Delivered via private Pixieset links; you control who you share them with. Password protection available on request.

  • Availability window: Final JPGs are hosted 60 days for Full Sessions and 30 days for Minis. Extensions may be available on request; see Terms for details/fees.

  • After expiry: Galleries may be archived and are not publicly accessible. Reactivation is not guaranteed and may be unavailable in the event of force majeure or data loss (see Terms).

  • RAW files: Not delivered. We retain RAWs for ~30 days post-session for backup only, then securely purge.

6) Cookies & Analytics

  • Our website and gallery may use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance.

  • You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling some may affect site/gallery features.

7) Data Security & Retention

  • We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data.

  • Retention:

    • Booking/transaction records: kept as required for accounting/tax.

    • RAWs: ~30 days, then purged.

    • Final image galleries: hosted for 60 days (Full) / 30 days (Mini); archived copies may be retained for a limited period at our discretion, without guarantee of retrieval.

    • Communications: retained for service history and compliance.

8) Your Choices & Rights

  • Access/Correction: Request a copy or correction of your information.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of data we’re not required to keep.

  • Marketing opt-out: Unsubscribe at any time via email link or by contacting us.

  • Image permissions: You may decline or revoke portfolio consent for future use at any time.

9) Children

  • Our services are not directed to children under 13. Minors may be photographed only with parental/guardian consent and presence.

10) International Visitors

  • We operate in the United States. If you access our services from elsewhere, your data may be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws.

  • We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new Effective date.
