1) Booking, Payments & Refunds

• Full Session — $200 (60 min): $50 retainer due at booking (non-refundable, applied to total). Remaining $150 invoiced via Stripe after you select favorites and due before final delivery.

• Mini Session — $100 (30 min): Pay-in-full at booking (non-refundable).

• Payment methods: Stripe (major cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe.

• Dates are not secured until payment completes. Third-party processing fees, if any, are client’s responsibility.

2) What’s Included

• All sessions include a private Pixieset proof gallery in ~48 hours and final edited images within ~72 hours after the remaining balance is paid (or after selection for sessions paid in full).

• Deliverables are provided in high-resolution (print) and web-optimized formats.

Headshots (1 hr)
Clean, modern portraits for LinkedIn/resumes — up to 8 edited images, one location, private gallery.

Family Session (1 hr)
Relaxed, real moments at home or a park — up to 15 edited images, simple posing guidance.

Small Business / Branding (1 hr)
You + your space/tools — 15–20 images for websites, bios, and social.

Airbnb / Interiors (1 hr)
Bright, wide images of rooms and key details — ideal for listings and brochures.

Product Mini (tabletop, 1 hr)
Simple, clean product shots on a small setup — up to 10 edited images, consistent lighting.

Creative Portrait Session (90 min)
Modern, magazine-style images — 3 looks included; extra looks and edits available.

Mini Session (30 min) — 6–8 edited images; see Section 1 for pricing and payment terms.

3) Travel & Locations

• Included travel: up to 15 miles from Montgomery, TX.

• Additional travel: $25 per each extra 10 miles round-trip (pre-approved).

• Client is responsible for any venue fees/permits and property permissions.

4) Weather, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Weather: If outdoor conditions are unsuitable, we will (a) use a covered/indoor backup when available or (b) reschedule to the next available slot.

• Rescheduling (Full): One reschedule with ≥48 hours notice keeps your retainer. Rescheduling <48 hours may require a new retainer.

• Rescheduling (Mini): Minis are fixed-format and non-refundable. If we adjust the event/time due to weather or operations, we’ll offer a comparable alternative.

• No-shows/late cancels: Forfeit retainer (Full) or fee (Mini).

5) Punctuality

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are >10 minutes late, your session may be shortened to keep the schedule on time.

6) Editing, Retouching & Add-ons

• Standard color/exposure adjustments and light retouching included for selected images.

• Additional retouched images: $25 each.

• Rush delivery (24 hrs): $20 (per order).

• Green-screen background replacement: $10–$25 per image, subject to lighting suitability; outdoor use requires calm conditions (generally <7 mph). Client-provided background files must be approved in advance.

7) Proofing, Delivery, Gallery Limits & Archiving

• Proofs & finals: Proofs delivered via a private Pixieset gallery; you’ll select favorites there.

• Gallery Availability. Full: 60 days. Minis: 30 days. Extensions: $25 per additional 30 days (request before expiry). Reactivation after expiry: $40 if files are still retained; not guaranteed (force majeure/data loss excluded).

• Unarchive/reactivation: After expiry, we can generally reactivate a past gallery upon request for a $40 fee, provided files are still retained. Reactivation is not guaranteed and will not be available where files were lost due to force majeure, catastrophic hardware failure, corruption, or other events beyond our control (see Section 12).

• Client backups: Please download and back up your images during the active window.

• RAW files: Not delivered. We securely retain RAWs for ~30 days post-session for backup only, then purge.

8) Prints & Products

• Order prints and products directly through your gallery storefront (fulfilled by a professional lab).

• Prices, production, and shipping estimates are displayed in the store. Color may vary across devices and third-party printers.

9) Usage Licenses

• Personal sessions: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual personal-use license to print/share delivered images for personal, non-commercial use.

• Business/branding/product: You receive a limited commercial license to use delivered images to promote your own business (website, social, ads, listings, print collateral).

• Prohibited without written permission: resale, sublicensing, merchandise, transfer to third-party brands, claiming authorship, distributing editable files, or applying heavy filters/AI edits that materially alter or misrepresent the work.

10) Privacy & Model Release

• Privacy first: We do not publish client images without your explicit written permission.

• If you opt-in to portfolio use, you grant a non-exclusive license for website/social/print promotion. You may withdraw consent for future uses with written notice (prior uses remain lawful).

11) Client Responsibilities

• Wardrobe/hair/makeup readiness; optional backup outfit for variety.

• Minors photographed only with a parent/guardian present who grants permission.

• For green-screen work, provide high-quality background files in advance for approval.

12) Liability, Service Limits & Force Majeure

We take reasonable care with equipment, data handling, and delivery timelines. However, we are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, utility outages, theft, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or catastrophic hardware/software failures.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the affected session. If we must cancel and cannot reschedule, we will refund fees paid (including the retainer) as the sole remedy. Timelines are good-faith estimates.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Venue for any dispute is Montgomery County, Texas, unless both parties agree to mediation/arbitration elsewhere.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new Effective date.
